This Heavy Duty Upgrade is a Welcome Addition to the WorkSharp Line-up
WorkSharp has done a good job of listening to their customers when it comes to upgrading their products. This is especially evident in the Precision Adjust products. When this guided sharpening system was first announced in 2020, it was meant with more than a little fanfare from knife folks who wanted a simple sharpening system with a low learning curve.
The initial launch of the Precision Adjust system was followed by an announcement of the Precision Adjust Elite System that included more abrasive grits and a carrying case. While the upgrade significantly improved the Precision Adjust System, it did not address mostly plastic construction or lack of a digital angle finder. This Week’s announcement of the Professional Precision Adjust model addresses those issues and more.
The all new pro version of the Precision Adjust features metal construction, a digital angle finder, seven abrasive grits and a honing rod for serrated blades. This model also sports a weighted base for a more stable sharpening experience. The MSRP is $299.95, and it ships with the three year warranty.
