There are a couple of interesting variations coming from Case this Blade Show. None of them are new designs, but they’re all new takes on designs Case have made the company famous over the course the 135 years they’ve been manufacturing knives in America.

This year at Blade Show Atlanta, customers will be able to get a close look at the Axe Handle, the new SMKW exclusive PB&J XRoads Barlow (featuring burlwood scales), and a line of America250 commemorative products.

Celebrating 250 Years

Case isn’t letting this America’s landmark birthday go by quietly this year, which is appropriate especially for them since they’ve been manufacturing in the US for over half of the country’s history. Among the collection of commemorative products, they’ll have at their booth this year will be two two special editions of the Case Trapper.

The special edition 250th American Birthday version of the Case Trapper shown here with both blades in the half open position in front of a white background.

Both versions will feature jigged bone handles with red and blue color washes. One will have a 1776 mark paired with an American flag.

The other will be stamped with 2026 with a modern stars and stripes riding alongside it.

Case is Forging Forward

This comes alongside a big push from Case with the Crossroads line, including the Cut of the Month series they started in April which they release special editions of the Crossroads designs with different colors and materials (not dissimilar from the Buck of the Month format, but we’re not complaining).

You can check all this out at Blade Show Atlanta. You’ll find Case at booth #109.
